Description
• Implement processes and lead day-to-day operations of the Cyprus subsidiary. • Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth. • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and legal risks. • Evaluate and enhance operational workflows. • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs. • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing local team. • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. • Develop and manage the operational budget. • Act as primary point of contact between Cyprus office and global leadership team.
Requirements
• At least 5-6 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in a subscription-based or technology-focused company. • Proven track record of building and leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to align operational strategies with broader business goals. • Familiarity with local laws, regulations, and business practices in Cyprus. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English. • Knowledge of Greek is mandatory. • Ability to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions. • Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational needs.
