🎯 Requirements
• Have a strong background in UI/UX design across mobile, web, and desktop platforms • Have a desire to deeply understand the “why” before defining the “how” • Love fast iteration and continuous learning—comfortable making quick iterations and refining based on real-world feedback • Can drive business outcomes by designing with both user needs and behavioral psychology in mind • Know how to bring ideas to life through thoughtful prototyping and clear communication • Are adaptable and able to adjust to technical constraints and evolving priorities • Have experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies • Thrive in a remote-first environment and genuinely enjoy async collaboration across teams • Enjoy working across a wide range of challenges and never get bored doing it • Have 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products, ideally in growth-oriented teams
