📋 Description

• The Brand & Marketing Design Lead will manage and develop key brand awareness and demand generation design initiatives for the Wpromote brand, ensuring a high-caliber and cohesive visual identity and compelling b2b assets across all touchpoints. • This role is responsible for extending and maintaining the Wpromote brand expression, balancing creativity with strategic business goals. • The Brand & Marketing Design Lead will be a hands-on in-house designer who works on their own projects/deliverables as well as an overseer of outsourced design work, providing creative direction, ensuring quality execution, and managing vendor relationships to bring high-quality creative to life. • At Wpromote, we believe that great work is only possible with great people. • Our goal is to build a better, more inclusive work environment and support our people at every stage of their careers by prioritizing a strong work-life balance through our policies and benefits listed below. • As a Best Place to Work according to both Ad Age and Glassdoor and Adweek’s Fastest Growing Digital Agency, we are moving fast to expand our teams and bring new experts into the fold to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing. • The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $90,000- $115,000.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand and digital graphic design. • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual storytelling, digital asset creation, and marketing design. • Experience providing design direction and managing creative projects with external vendors/agencies. • Ability to effectively communicate directly with business colleagues (non-designers) about design direction, concepts, feedback, and recommendations. • A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma. • A deep understanding of performance-based design principles across digital platforms (landing pages, banner ads, social ads, email, etc.). • Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders. • Experience utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and speed, or a strong willingness and capability to adopt AI-driven solutions. • Nice to Have: Experience with Asana or similar project management tools. • Experience simplifying and showcasing the features and benefits of software products. • Knowledge of motion design and video editing (After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar). • Experience in UX/UI design and an understanding of HTML5 animation.
