Description

• Support senior team members in managing client relationships and executing campaigns. • Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain clear communications with clients. • Ensure seamless workflow across client campaigns and projects. • Review, track, and organize creative assets for campaign launches. • Track client performance metrics and create comprehensive reports. • Prepare for and participate in client/internal meetings and presentations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an agency environment, with exposure to managing clients and media-driven accounts, both digital and traditional. • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. • Proficiency in Monday.com, Airtable, Google Drive, Slack, and Zoom. • Outstanding organizational skills (self and team), multitasking, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. • Some experience in executing media campaigns and a desire to develop strategic thinking. • Basic understanding of media management across traditional and digital platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
