• Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive procurement strategy. • Oversee procurement across various categories including real estate, capital expenditures, goods, and services. • Ensure cost optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency. • Develop and implement a strategic procurement framework. • Optimize procurement processes to drive cost savings and improve value. • Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and portfolio management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors. • Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulations. • Oversee procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop top procurement talent.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Real Estate, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or real estate management, with a strong strategic focus. • Expertise in lease negotiations, real estate portfolio management, and contract negotiations. • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost analysis. • Experience leveraging ERP procurement and real estate management technologies. Oracle experience preferred. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
