Description

• Responsible for oversight of enterprise core business applications. • Initial focus on portfolio management (portfolio accounting) software. • Involvement in production support items, defect management, and product roadmap input. • Provide essential daily support across assigned applications. • Maintain awareness of overall health of assigned applications. • Track defects from identification through resolution. • Identify necessary enhancements and provide input into product roadmap. • Interface directly with key internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate to develop requirements for onboarding impacted data. • Build custom workflows to automate operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance, Business or Economics preferred • 2+ years of experience in financial services preferred • 2+ years of experience with portfolio management (portfolio accounting) software preferred • Background in data migration via SQL / ETL, preferred • Previous exposure to Salesforce, preferred • Positive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional, proactive client service • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail • Highly organized with strong analytical skills, creative problem solving and strong research capabilities • Ability to work on a team while maintaining a high level of responsibility and accountability to individual projects and tasks
