• As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Mariner by identifying, attracting, and delivering an extraordinary candidate experience. • Manage critical pieces of the top of funnel recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying, and screening. • Proactively source and engage top-tier talent, using innovative strategies and leveraging networks. • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business growth. • Foster an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with the Mariner brand.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, business development, or a related field.
