📋 Description

• Working with a Product Manager to understand requirements for a new feature. • Building features using Java, SQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch. • Participate in on-call rotation to improve customer experience. • End to end technical ownership of a product. • Improve architectural strategy to meet higher velocity needs. • Review code submitted by other engineers and submit your own code for review. • Meeting with a Product Designer to explain technical constraints for a specific feature. • Collaborating with design and product teams to document feature requirements. • Writing clear technical documentation to accompany your code. • Testing out new technology and improving the code base. • Nurturing an engineering culture dedicated to quality.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience using Java, .NET, or other server side languages in production. • Comfortable utilizing agile development and thoroughly testing your own code. • Experience developing features built for the cloud. • Ability to delve into the front end stack (Javascript, ReactJS) is a big plus. • Deep understanding of databases, automated testing, Agile methodologies. • Proficiency building and managing RESTful APIs. • Strong DevOps experience and able to manage a product in the Cloud. • Deep experience designing and building out infrastructure for complex cloud-based software applications, preferably hosted in AWS or Azure. • Proven experience in building for scale in a B2B environment. • Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture. • Commitment to providing support for more junior members of the team and developing cooperative working relationships. • Contributing to company outside your role, such as writing blog posts or attending events. • Experience in building low-code platform is a huge plus.
