📋 Description

• We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEM Manager to join our dynamic team. • You'll be responsible for directly managing and optimizing clients' paid search campaigns across primary platforms. • This role requires a deep understanding of search engine marketing, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience managing Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, with a proven track record of successful account management and performance optimization. • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads (certifications in these platforms are a bonus). • Experience with other platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or other paid media channels) is a plus. • Demonstrable experience with paid search strategy, budgeting, keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and performance optimization. • Proficient in using Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other reporting tools to analyze and optimize paid search campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Experience with tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, providing clear insights and recommendations. • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video) are highly valued. • Additional certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
