🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in media buying or a comparable role • Proven track record of managing a media budget of at least €50,000 - €100,000 per month • Deep knowledge of media strategies and tactics • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex campaign data • Experience using and integrating various analytics tools • In-depth understanding of different media channels and their specific advantages and disadvantages • Ability to strategically select and optimize advertising channels • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to present complex topics to senior management and clients • Experience in leading and managing complex projects • Strong coordination skills for tasks and resources within a team • Ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level employees • Promotion of a collaborative and productive team culture • Solid expertise in media-buying tools and systems • Ability to introduce and implement new technologies • Capability to develop and execute long-term media strategies • Experience in solving complex challenges in the media-buying process • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
