Description

• Fire & Security Lead Engineer, Scotland • Marlowe Fire and Security Group are the UK’s leading Fire & Security company. • A self-motivated person who gives day to day support and Guidance to the engineering team in their area. • To ensure performance and service is in line with compliance and monthly schedules • Respond to customer needs, complaints, and concerns with a sense of urgency as and when required. • Complete toolbox talks with direct reports providing clear records of completion to the compliance team. • Be available for site surveys and installation handovers as directed by your Regional Service Manager. • Organise and maintain and communicate an effective call out rota for the area. • Responsible for minor works delivery within area through dedicated minor works resource. • To assist the Regional Service Manager in management of engineering team. • Deputise for your Regional Service Manager as and when required during periods of sickness and holidays. • Support engineers in stock control and further action management. • Attend and assist with troublesome sites and complaints. • Technically support DRS and Sales Team with quotations. • Initial planning of ppm on large/ complex sites – meeting with customers in support of key sites in region. • Assist in delivery of small bespoke projects and ensure on time delivery. • We deliver a full fire and security solution for some of the most well-recognised brands throughout the UK. • We have won and are continuing to win major national accounts resulting in immeasurable growth throughout all regions of the country. • Our Engineers are the heart and soul of our business.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience as an accomplished multi-disciplined Fire & Security Engineer • Supervisory experience in a previous engineering role • Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry would be beneficial • Experience of front-line customer service will be preferential • A full UK Driving Licence – mandatory
