• Regional Service Manager - Scotland • Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. • This will be a home based opportunity with a requirement to travel within your region. • Provide clear leadership of the regional team with clear communication of and adherence to company policies. • Lead our team of engineers within this defined region. • Be responsible and accountable for the operational service delivery in your region. • Ensuring sufficient and efficient resourcing of suitably skilled and qualified engineers. • Responsible for Regional Profit & Loss in accordance with agreed target parameters. • Management of the Lead Engineers to deliver a first-class service. • To ensure first time fix rates of 85% within your region based on good stock control.

Requirements

• Experience in working in a similar role previously. • Proficient in managing a large group of fire & security service engineers and ideally, you will have experience in managing a team remotely. • Field-based experience and be comfortable in getting stuck in where needed. • Calm under pressure. • Full UK drivers licence.
