Description

• Documenting and updating our Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on audit findings. • Supporting the development of new policies and the revision of existing ones. • Ensuring our systems are current with the latest policy versions. • Managing and updating the Suppliers Register. • Coordinating regular and new Supplier Security Assessments and contributing to the enhancement of Supplier Security Assessment Processes. • Fostering strong relationships with all business and functional teams. • Following up with risk owners and managing/updating the risk register. • Contributing to the creation of the monthly Information Security (InfoSec) newsletter. • Assisting in the setup and organisation of meetings and workshops. • Participating in regular information security audits. • Managing our information security training platform and providing relevant reporting.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude. • Capable of working independently with excellent time and task management skills. • Dedicated to meeting deadlines. • A collaborative team player. • Adaptable and flexible. • Enthusiastic and resilient. • Keen to learn new skills and quick to grasp new concepts. • Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion. • A clear and logical thinker with strong investigative skills. • An effective communicator, both written and verbal. • Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
