Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a progression of accounting/financial analysis positions • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset a must • Audit experience strongly preferred. • CPA preferred but not required. • Ability to operate independently and multi-task. • A successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability, commitment, flexibility, self-motivation, self-confidence, and assertiveness. • Leadership and people skills to lead, direct, influence, and motivate team members, peers, and executives. • Ability to lead others in solving problems through a structured approach, emphasizing root cause analysis, corrective action, and decisive implementation.
