• Supports Client Advisory Services (CAS) practice providing Controller and CFO services • Manages multiple projects including accounting records, budgets, and forecasts • Assists clients in the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end close • Develops best practices for clients and implements automation processes • Provides training, leadership, and mentorship to a growing team • Manages client onboarding process and ensures seamless integration
🎯 Requirements
• Chartered Professional Accountant designation (CPA) • 3+ years in a full-cycle accounting position for private entities • 2+ years in an audit position for private entities (considered an asset) • 1+ years preparing budgets or forecasts for private entities (considered an asset) • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities or projects in a fast-paced environment
