Description

• Group HR Systems Analyst for Marmon Holdings, Inc. • Provide first-line MPower technical support and training for all employees. • Collaborates with Marmon HRIS group to handle in-bound MPower issues. • Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation. • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field required. • At least three years of experience with HR business systems; experience with Workday highly preferred and payroll processing experience a plus. • Workday Recruiting experience a plus. • HR Generalist experience a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals. • Ability to keep information confidential. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design. • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product. • Domestic travel required; up to 25%
