β’ Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. β’ Ensure adherence to U.S. payroll laws and guidelines, staying current with regulatory changes. β’ Lead a team of payroll specialists across multiple locations, setting performance goals, providing training, supporting collaboration and offering guidance. β’ Oversee the payroll systems used across all locations. β’ Generate detailed payroll reports and analytics to support strategic business decisions. β’ Work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to maintain seamless payroll functions and address employee concerns. β’ Identify inefficiencies in current payroll processes and implement best practices to optimize workflows. β’ Lead the standardization of training on payroll systems and processes.
β’ BS degree in Accounting or Finance β’ 3-5 years of progressive payroll experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now and Workday, preferably in a multi-location environment. β’ PayrollOrg , Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) minimum a plus. β’ ADP custom reporting and Smart Compliance experience a plus β’ High attention to detail and accuracy β’ Superior interpersonal and communication skills β’ Proficient Microsoft Office user, focused on Excel . Intermediate to advanced knowledge a must . β’ Passion for payroll, collaboration, learning, process improvements, and technology. β’ Enthusiasm for teaching and helping others. β’ A βroll up your sleevesβ attitude and willingness to do the day-to-day work β’ Ability to travel 15-20%
