β’ Exceeds sales quota within an assigned territory β’ Delivers Acumed product on time and provides high quality technical assistance in the OR β’ Assists in driving market acceptance and adoption of Acumed Products β’ Continuously assesses the customer base to identify new business opportunities β’ Develops a targeted sales strategy for each identified opportunity β’ Executes business plans to identify and close new business β’ Communicates with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates and educational programs β’ Drives customer satisfaction and solves customer problems β’ Maintains customer records using the Companyβs CRM tool β’ Works with sales leadership to coach, train, or mentor Associate Sales Representatives as needed β’ Actively participates in tradeshows, sales meetings, promotional activities, and professional association meetings
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience β’ 1-3 years demonstrated successful sales experience (Preferably in the medical device or industry) β’ 9-12 month Acumed Sales Rep experience preferred. β’ Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills β’ Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and other surgical personnel β’ Experience in building and maintaining relationships (with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas) β’ Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. β’ Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments β’ Must be able to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access β’ Reliable transportation β’ Credentialing Required: Frequent surgery visits/observations required to obtain hospital-required credentials.
