Description

β€’ Update content within SharePoint ensuring documents and files are current, organized, and accessible to users within the organization. β€’ This temporary assignment will last between 60 – 90 days and will pay $15/hour.

Requirements

β€’ Maintain and configure SharePoint specific site to support the Safety Department. β€’ Thorough understanding of technical language and the ability to edit and redesign using Microsoft Word and Excel. β€’ Assist with the building of pages, sites, and graphic creation within Microsoft SharePoint 2010. β€’ Monitor and address issues that arise with the portal permissions, and access. β€’ Assist in the creation and implementation of a SharePoint portal style guide. β€’ Assist with dissemination and publication of appropriate information and documents. β€’ Perform the storage, disposition, destruction, and archiving tasks for all electronic files, documents, records and other knowledge management data. β€’ Apply metadata and taxonomy management strategies to search out and find relevant data and organize and classify that data. β€’ Train Knowledge Management (KM) and Content Management (CM) best practices/techniques to new hires and staff, formally and informally, during the course of doing business. β€’ Other duties and projects as assigned by the Director of Safety.
