• We are looking for a versatile and creative Brand Production Designer who can bring our brand vision to life while efficiently executing design assets across various platforms. • This hybrid role requires a blend of strategic brand design skills and the hands-on ability to produce high-quality assets that align with our brand guidelines. • You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to ensure that all creative outputs are on-brand, engaging, and delivered on time. • Develop and refine our visual brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines. • Conceptualize and design visual assets for campaigns, ads, social media, and other marketing collateral. • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive branding strategies and storytelling. • Create presentation templates, event graphics, and other branded materials that communicate our brand effectively. • Produce, edit, and resize design assets for various platforms, including banners, social posts, emails, and website graphics. • Follow established brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints. • Manage the creation of templates for recurring design needs, allowing for efficient and consistent asset production. • Ensure all design projects are completed on time, and update or iterate on existing assets as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing brand design and marketing assets. • SaaS and Retail combined with exposure to the agency environment is mandatory. • Proven experience in B2B graphic design and international branding. • Proficiency in Figma is a must, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools are preferred. • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively. • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency. • Highly collaborative, team player, and positive attitude combined with previous experience working with decision makers. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
