📋 Description

• Lead the Finance organization developing a strong culture and high operating standards and provide direction for budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. • Oversee the preparation and approval of all financial reporting materials and metrics for the Executive team; prepare and communicate monthly and annual financial statements. • Manage budgeting and the implementation of budgets, monitor progress and present operational metrics. • Monitor operating costs, identify areas for cost efficiency and implement innovative solutions. • Develop plans forward for revenue growth and optimization. • Create procedures, controls, and systems to collect and provide the necessary financial data in accordance with company standard. • Engage in and take lead in M&A – related initiatives, managing the acquisition and integration processes. • Oversee all facets of tax planning and management ensuring compliance on all global tax filings. • Function as the company representative in managing the relationships with external banks, financial institutions, and other parties. • Lead the IT department, ensuring technology strategy and security align with business and financial objectives. • Oversee IT budget, investment decisions, and risk management. • Other strategic projects including system implementations as decided by the company.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. • Added MBA is an asset. • 12 + years of experience in a senior finance role with a minimum of 8 years' experience as CFO • Prior B2B SaaS experience, E-commerce (marketing and retail) in multi-million-dollar; multi-product global organizations is a prerequisite for this role. • A customer first mentality combined with the ability to develop successful teams. • Excellent analytical skills combined with a keen focus on details and accuracy. • Proven records of partnership in business financing (equity, debt, etc.) • Ability to align key stakeholders toward a common goal, drive results and facilitate change. • Advance proficiency in financial software. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
