📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, accounts payable, and investment accounting. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance. • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage accounts payable process. • Handle accounting for various investment activities like private equity and real estate. • Develop and implement internal controls and maintain records for all investments. • Provide financial oversight for real estate transactions and coordinate tax filings. • Act as a trusted advisor for high-net-worth individuals and support decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting designation is strongly preferred. • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 3 years working in a Family Office or directly with high-net-worth individuals. • Strong knowledge of investment accounting, including private equity, venture capital, and real estate. • Familiarity with family office administration, including investment contracts, estate planning, and tax compliance. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work discreetly and professionally with high-net-worth clients. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with specialized family office or investment management platforms is an asset.
