📋 Description

• As Marqeta's Group Product Manager, you will lead the Risk Decisioning Product suite. • You will challenge the status quo and develop fraud management products. • Balance fraud prevention with the protection of legitimate transactions. • Collaborate with engineering, data scientists, and marketing teams. • Define and execute a strategy aligning with growth objectives. • Lead to inspire others with compelling product vision and roadmap. • Understand fraud/risk and impact of initiatives on the platform. • Develop AI-powered products addressing customer pain points. • Own P&L for products and drive operational changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management roles designing and delivering fraud and risk solutions that have delighted customers and driven business growth • Proven track record of setting vision and strategy for a portfolio of products and translating it into a roadmap with rigorous end-to-end execution • Experience recruiting and growing top talent and building high performing teams, with strong EQ and leadership skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems for technical and business audiences • Proficient in identifying key metrics, analyzing data, and balancing quantitative and qualitative information to make decisions • “Roll up your sleeves” mentality to make your products and team successful, seeking root causes, assigning ownership, and driving accountability to get things done • Creativity and customer empathy to translate features or functions into user flows, experiences, or value propositions that can generate new products • Creativity to propose 0->1 features and solutions, working without clear direction
