📋 Description
•Marqeta is seeking a proactive and curious problem-solver to lead the marketing analytics function for our dynamic team. •As our Marketing Analytics Manager, you will develop and execute advanced analytics strategies that drive the strategy and optimization of our marketing initiatives across all channels. •Within the first month, you will dig into existing reporting and models to gain a strong understanding of areas to impact the business first. •Initial projects will involve developing forecasting models, refining multi-touch attribution tracking, and enhancing audience segmentation.
🎯 Requirements
•8+ years of related B2B revenue experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years and a Master’s degree •Experience in marketing measurement, segmentation, funnel optimization, and predictive modeling •Expert SQL skills, familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc), advanced data warehousing and modeling skills •Strong understanding of common analytics platforms (GA4, performance marketing platforms, Salesforce, Marketo) •Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights •Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences.
