Description

• Use iPaaS technologies as well as code to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and optimized SaaS-SaaS solutions • Build MVP solutions and use data and insights to frame narratives to bring others along the journey • Be accountable for increasing the team’s impact on our business by developing a working understanding of many varied internal processes and workstreams • Foster good working relationships and work with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions and bring stakeholders up to speed • Regularly work with different technologies with which you may be completely unfamiliar with • Clearly articulate and proactively communicate vision, strategy, and plans to both technical and non-technical personnel • Attend workshops with our vendors to draw insights and ideas that speak to the “art of possible”

Requirements

• Deep and broad subject matter expertise across various facets of Business Technology, Product Development, and Data & Analytics • Experience being responsible for important strategic decisions • Deep understanding of tried & true best practices paired with experience tailoring approaches to be highly successful within a prior company’s unique context • Demonstrated ability to create and drive technical roadmaps for the business, then seamlessly execute against them • 8+ years of software development experience • 3+ years of experience with a modern iPaaS (e.g. Workato, Okta Workflows, Tines) • Experience interacting with REST APIs and event-driven design patterns • Advanced SQL skills and ability to create queries to extract data and build performant datasets • Understand that data is the key to scalable systems • In-depth knowledge of identity, authentication, and authorization concepts • Hands-on experience with AWS offerings • Experience integrating services with Slack, including building custom apps and Slackbots • Someone who cares deeply about solving internal scaling problems, and can speak to past examples of doing so • Values clear and thorough communication and documentation • Is passionate and naturally curious about automation and technology in general • Strong documentation skills to foster async collaboration
