• We are hiring a marketing consultant for our client committed to delivering high-impact marketing solutions. • Focus on effective project management, social media planning, and business development • Seeking an organized and deadline-driven Project Manager with proficiency in Google Sheets or other Project Management tools. • This role will focus on managing project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule, and supporting teams in achieving their goals effectively. • Use Google Sheets to manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring real-time visibility for all stakeholders. • Implement structured project tracking, maintain detailed project roadmaps, and resource allocation. • Identify potential project delays and proactively address bottlenecks to meet deadlines. • Serve as the communication hub for project timelines, deliverables, and objectives, facilitating effective coordination across teams. • Organize and lead project meetings to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. • Oversee the creation and implementation of project workflows that blend creative and technical elements. • Continuously seek ways to improve workflow processes and optimize productivity. • Leverage data insights from reporting tools to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in project management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in project management with a strong focus on Google Sheets for project tracking and deadline management. • Define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Track project progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely completion. • Ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals and executive priorities. • Adapt project plans based on evolving market conditions or executive input. • Integrating key metrics from both teams (e.g., revenue, lead generation, campaign ROI) into an easily digestible format. • Providing weekly or monthly updates highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations. • Leveraging data to create visual insights that align with executive priorities. • Strong grasp of marketing principles, with experience working on the creative side or with creative teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Exceptional skills in coordinating teams, providing clear project updates, and maintaining organized project documentation.
