📋 Description

• We are hiring a marketing consultant for our client who is dedicated to delivering high-impact marketing solutions. • Focus on effective project management, social media planning, and business development to drive client growth and brand presence. • Seeking an organized and deadline-driven Project Manager with proficiency in Google Sheets or other Project Management tools for project tracking. • This role will focus on managing project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule, and supporting teams in achieving their goals effectively. • Use Google Sheets to manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. • Implement structured project tracking in Google Sheets, including automation for status updates and deadline reminders. • Maintain detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation, and timelines to align all initiatives with marketing goals. • Identify potential project delays and proactively address bottlenecks to meet deadlines. • Serve as the communication hub for project timelines, deliverables, and objectives. • Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, milestone check-ins, and post-project evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in project management with a strong focus on Google Sheets for project tracking and deadline management. • Define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Track project progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely completion. • Ensure marketing strategies align with organizational goals and executive priorities. • Adapt project plans based on evolving market conditions or executive input. • Integrating key metrics from both teams (e.g., revenue, lead generation, campaign ROI) into an easily digestible format. • Providing weekly or monthly updates highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations. • Leveraging data to create visual insights that align with executive priorities. • Strong grasp of marketing principles, with experience working on the creative side or with creative teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Exceptional skills in coordinating teams, providing clear project updates, and maintaining organized project documentation. • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, or other collaboration platforms.
