• RemoFirst empowers employers to be free from geographical boundaries when accessing talent, allowing employees to pursue opportunities wherever they may exist. • Our platform offers a full-range people management tool, and employee benefits like health insurance, and financial benefits, enabling clients to hire anyone from anywhere with one click. • We are looking for a talented Business Operations Manager to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services. • Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with our local EORs in the APAC region, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years experience in an EOR, outsourcing, or client-facing HR tech space. • 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law in at least 2-3 jurisdictions in APAC. • Ability to build 0-1 process and programs. • 1-3 years of project management experience. • Multilingual is a plus.
