• List and update product catalogs on platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and other online marketplaces. • Create accurate and detailed product descriptions, including pricing, dimensions, and features. • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure all product information is consistent with the brand. • Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Research and analyze competitor listings and pricing strategies to stay competitive. • Address and resolve listing issues such as errors in descriptions, pricing discrepancies, and stock levels.

Requirements

• 12th pass or undergraduate. • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Prior experience in product listing or e-commerce (preferred but not mandatory).
