β€’ The Key Accounts Sales Manager oversees the strategic management and growth of Regional and National off premise accounts within the beverage alcohol industry. β€’ This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the off premise retail environment, capable of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening key partnerships. β€’ The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong record in sales execution, account management, and complex negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience β€’ 5+ years of experience in sales within the beverage alcohol industry, focused on regional/national key account management β€’ Proven success in securing and managing high-profile retail accounts, with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills β€’ Experience using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, VIP, IWSR) to inform sales strategies β€’ Ability to work independently in a high-accountability environment β€’ Willingness to travel frequently β€’ Experience with EOS is a plus
