• Reports To: Manager, Supply Chain • The Supply Chain Analyst will have direct responsibility for providing analysis and management of customer accounts, orders, and demand/forecast plans, while maintaining the flow of information and product through our Supply Chain. • Develop enhanced reporting, dashboards, or views into BI software to help with analysis • Support team with analysis for customer interactions • Identify favorable/unfavorable trends in customer’s ordering patterns and inventory levels, customer service metrics, and initiate actions to resolve root cause issues • Maintain, analyze, and monitor key customers demand and communicate needs through internal and external supply chains to ensure consistent and timely delivery of information and product • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns utilizing Blue Yonder platform • Troubleshoot, root cause, and perform regular maintenance with the overall goal of improving forecast accuracy • Manage customer SKU offerings, new product development launches, and special projects • Successfully identify and communicate forecast variances between demand, sales, and financial forecasts through the monthly sales and operation planning cycles • Support new product launches through system setup, initial load-in planning, and ensuring appropriate material flow and operational efficiency • Analyze system planning parameters and make appropriate adjustments to meet company’s customer care objectives • Develop enhanced reporting at the direction of the Master Scheduler for plant production monitoring purposes • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements • Monitor internal “key” performance metrics • Performs other related duties as needed and assigned
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or related field • Extensive experience with Blue Yonder Demand Planning and/or Fulfillment modules • Assessment Test: (based on role requirement) will be required to take a skill assessment test prior interview. • Must have Broadband availability: Min 30 MBPS (national service provider JIO/TATA/Airtel Hathway etc) • Important: Access to a quiet home office environment with above mentioned broadband availability and working space to accommodate two monitors +1 Laptop. • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to use a computer for 8.5 hours per day. • Experience with reporting or BI software • Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel/Advance Excel • Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure timely deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
