Description

• Developing a live event plan in alignment with the overall marketing plan • Partnering with the GTM organization on the overall needs, strategy, focus, approach, and expected results from trade shows and partner/customer events • Providing data, insights, and supporting engagement on events to support sales and drive new pipeline • Analyzing effectiveness of field marketing efforts to drive organizational learning and planning • Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors, venues, and other partners, ensuring favorable terms and timely deliverables • Coordinating and facilitating effective communication among cross-functional teams throughout the event process

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments and/or technology startups, with a record of driving and measuring business results • Ability to build live and virtual events around a specific purpose, and keep everything aligned around accomplishing event objectives • A growth mindset with the desire to learn new skills and level up your career • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences • Highly organized and strong attention to detail, with excellent project management skills • Willingness and ability to travel regularly and extensively across North America and possibly internationally • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
