• Visual Design: Create visually striking designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. • UX Design: Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring our products and interfaces are intuitive and enjoyable to use. • Slides: Design and maintain a library of best-in-class slide templates and assets that enable consistent and professional presentations. • Social Media: Generate engaging social media content and copy that captures attention and drives interaction. • Website: Lead UX and UI design updates for our core website, optimizing for usability and aesthetics. • Branding: Oversee overall brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all aspects of our visual identity. • Content: Provide support in creating visually compelling content that complements our brand message. • Consistency & Guidelines: Document, maintain, and enforce brand and design guidelines throughout the company.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work across digital and print media. • Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels. • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Passion for staying abreast of design trends and technologies, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement. • Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about design solutions.
