• The Workday Integration Architecture is responsible for architecting, researching, designing, developing over 100 complex Workday integrations! • In this role, you will be a member of the Workday Integration team that works with HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting/LMS teams to manage and support several Workday integrations. • We are looking for self-starters, those who can work independently, with and across teams. • You will coordinate client interviews, vendor meetings to produce detailed specifications and eventually write integration code to move data in and out of the WD system. • You will work closely with business analysts, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements and conduct unit tests and document findings. • This individual must apply strategic and creative thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of our IT system investments.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related work experience • Strong expertise in Workday Integrations and implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, Workday Cloud Connect, Calculated fields and Workday Studio) • Proficient in Workday core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance and Benefits business processes • Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards) • Technical experience with XML and XSLT • Strong change management skills and the willingness to make a difference. • Good understanding of project management methodologies. • Data analysis skills to identify what data the business currently has, what data needs to be carried over to a new system and what data needs to be constructed. • Data cleansing knowledge in scrubbing current state data for future state data and processes. • Familiar with agile development principles • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
