Description
• The Matian Firm is looking for a Remote U-Visa Legal Assistant to join our growing U-Visa department. • You will report directly to the U-Visa Attorney. • The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and case management skills. • We're looking for someone with knowledge of the U-Visa process. • This paralegal will participate in all aspects of our cases, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation and filing of U-Visas.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of U-Visa experience • Knowledge of Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications is preferred, but not required. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Experience with Case Management Softwares, such as Clio and Airtable, preferred.
