• Seeking a results-oriented Enterprise Business Development Manager to spearhead outbound sales. • Responsible for building new business pipelines, closing enterprise deals, and driving revenue growth in B2B SaaS. • Key role in company’s expansion into the enterprise market, supporting upmarket growth vision. • Engage in account-based prospecting and manage complex sales cycles. • Build client relationships and ensure regulatory compliance, especially GDPR. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain competitive solutions. • Extensive onboarding support provided for success in complex sales environment.
• 5+ years of proven track record of success in outbound B2B SaaS enterprise sales, with demonstrated ability to generate new business and close complex, high-value deals involving multiple stakeholders, longer sales cycles, and regulatory compliance challenges. • Proficiency in consultative, value-driven selling, with the ability to engage with C-suite and senior executives in technical and strategic conversations that position Matomo as the optimal solution and long-term partner. • A foundational knowledge of marketing concepts and web analytics terminology is important. • Prior experience with GDPR-compliant software sales or selling for companies like Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, AT Internet, Contentsquare, Posthog, or Snowplow is highly desirable, or experience selling SaaS to Enterprise in regulated industries. • Experience in driving new business via outbound tactics in mid-market or enterprise segments, consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering strategic, multi-year partnerships. • Extensive knowledge of the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal writing, and deal negotiation, with strong CRM and pipeline management skills. Ability to scale these processes and contribute to overall team growth. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills: able to establish trust and foster deep relationships with enterprise customers while effectively collaborating with internal teams to drive results. • Fluency in German or French (native or fluent) and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. • Self-motivated and adaptable: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, demonstrating discipline in managing your time, pipeline, and sales priorities while collaborating with a globally distributed team.
