📋 Description
• Lead the planning, prioritization, and design of new features and services across multiple teams • Work with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Business Development • Ensure successful integration of customer facing platform services and internal systems • Advocate for new technical architecture and innovation • Implement and refine development and cross-functional processes • Hire, mentor, lead, and coach engineering managers and principals to meet their full potential • Act as a leader for implementing best-practices across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering cloud platforms and services • BS in Computer Science or equivalent • Experience leading multiple teams across multiple products and services • Experience developing cloud platforms at scale in languages such as: Python, Java, Go, or Kotlin • Experience with Linux, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Git • Exposure to non-relational data stores like FoundationDB • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in all areas of platform development • A track record of developing strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders and customers • Demonstrated experience building and developing teams in a fast paced dynamic environment • Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop teams
