• Perform manual and automated accessibility testing in accordance with WCAG 2.2 and other relevant guidelines. • Ensure compliance with Section 508, ADA, and other U.S. laws related to web accessibility. • Generate and maintain Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) in accordance with VPAT standards. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate accessibility best practices into the software development lifecycle. • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations based on testing findings, support in regression testing. • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in web accessibility.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accessibility Test Engineer or in a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.2 guidelines and accessibility testing methodologies. • Familiarity with Section 508, ADA, and other U.S. accessibility laws and requirements. • Proven experience in generating Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) and VPAT documentation. • Hands-on experience with various accessibility tools, including but not limited to JAWS, NVDA, Accessibility Insights, WAVE, and axe by Deque. • Strong understanding of software development and testing fundamentals. • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies. • Experience with project and test management tools (e.g., Jira, X-ray).
