โ€ข Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Development Manager with experience in antibody drug discovery to drive growth. โ€ข Focus on managing and growing existing business, identifying new opportunities, and strengthening customer relationships. โ€ข Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion. โ€ข Build and maintain strategic account plans and collaborate with global teams. โ€ข Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by optimizing account strategies.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข BS in Life Sciences or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of direct sales experience in companies that develop, market, and sell life science tools to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and research markets. โ€ข Experience in antibody discovery workflows, biotherapeutic development, and partnering with CDMOs and pharmaceutical companies. โ€ข Proven success selling capital equipment ($100K+) to biotech and pharmaceutical accounts, including experience selling into CDMO accounts for protein production. โ€ข Experience working in the biopharmaceutical or biotherapeutic industry, particularly in antibody discovery and engineering. โ€ข Background in sales, business development, licensing, or commercial business within biotherapeutics. โ€ข Ability to sell effectively at all levels, from technical users to senior executives. โ€ข Strong relationships in protein production, cell therapy, immunology, cell biology, high-throughput and high-content screening. โ€ข Expertise in managing complex sales cycles, driving opportunities through the pipeline efficiently. โ€ข Strong understanding of Cell & Gene Therapy, cell line development, immunology, and transfection technologies. โ€ข Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving. โ€ข Passion for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving long-term value. โ€ข Up to 50% travel (domestic and international) to engage customers and drive business growth.
