• The Sales and Customer Support Associate performs the day-to-day activities to support the sales operations team by entering sales orders into the CRM system, tracking service contracts, track and manage international shipments and assisting customers and Sales Managers. • This position is remote; ideal candidate will be located in Germany or UK. • Enters sales orders into the Company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provides confirmations/shipping information to customers. • Ensures order documentation is SOX compliant. • Ensures completion of supplier set-up forms for new customers and performs set-up of new customers in Salesforce. • Tracks and manages international shipments and ensures all documentation required for customs clearance are included and is accurate. • Works closely with shipping and customers to resolve and reduce custom clearance delays. • Maintains product warranty start and end dates in Salesforce. • Enters and updates critical data in Salesforce to support sales team. • Resolves customer inquiries as it relates to purchase orders, requests for documentation, account setup and shipping/receiving or other customer requests through cases in Salesforce. • Facilitates internal requests for consumables for internal use and customer demonstrations. • Prioritizes instrument orders to customers based on customer requests. • Coordinates critical information between specified departments to prepare and ship the instrument. • Complies with all applicable policies regarding health, safety, and the environment.

Requirements

• BS in business or related field and at least 2-4 years of experience in customer service or equivalent • Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office • Familiar with NetSuite (or other ERP system) and Salesforce (or other CRM) experience desired • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills • Customer oriented; colleagues and external customers • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Desire to learn new skills, be challenged, and continued growth
