📋 Description

• Join Maxim Consulting Group as an experienced Director Level Consultant for professional services. • Deliver strategic planning, project execution, process re-engineering, and productivity solutions to construction firms. • Assess clients’ business performance through analysis and interviews. • Recommend and implement performance improvement solutions. • Lead productivity workshops and present educational content to audiences. • Manage client engagements and build enduring relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business/Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. • Master’s degree in Business (preferred), Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of seven years of construction industry or professional services experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking. • Proven experience with construction project delivery processes and methodologies. • Thorough understanding of construction industry accounting, project management and ERP software. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Strong personal organizational and planning skills. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple prospects, proposals, and projects. • Proven analytical, financial and quantitative problem-solving skills and experience. • Ability to work independently in order to meet established deadlines.
