Description

• MaxMind is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support our in-house legal team. • Responsible for tracking contracts and legal documents from negotiation to termination. • Draft various documents and provide support to the legal team as needed. • The role requires coordinating with legal, business development, operations, and accounts receivable teams.

Requirements

• Four years working experience as a paralegal supporting a company’s legal department or a law firm working on corporate matters. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage workflow. • Ability to read and understand standard contract provisions. • Ability to work confidently and to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
