Description

• Sr. Manager, Financial Operations Invoicing and System Support will manage invoicing and financial systems. • Requires understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and compliance. • Must have strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve business processes and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in billing, AR, and financial systems. • Experience in the staffing industry is highly desirable. • Familiarity with the independent workforce world, managed services provider (MSP) models, and vendor management systems (VMS) is highly desirable. • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of Zen Desk, Jira, Job Diva, and SAP/S4 Hana are advantageous. • Deep understanding of audit processes, separation of duties, and compliance with ISO 9000 standards. • Proficiency in Business Management software • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills • Superb recordkeeping, time management, and organizational skills • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
