• Through passion and deep industry expertise, MCA Connect helps manufacturers succeed by unlocking innovation with actionable business insights. • Established in 2002, MCA Connect has grown into one of the largest US-based solution partners in Microsoft Business Applications and Azure Data & AI / Digital & App Innovation. • The Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Solution Architect is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including: implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. • The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing and executing on the Solution scope of Dynamics 365 F&O as well as for assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 F&O. • Position requires up to 50% travel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX as a implementation functional lead • Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX implementations (Analysis – Deployment) • Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience • Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX Finance, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment. • Strong industry experience within Manufacturing • Working knowledge of industry specific best practices • Excellent communication, planning and organization skills • Strong customer relationship skills • Ability to establish priorities and work independently • Ability to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • English: Fluent • Valid Driver’s License • Certification in at least one other Dynamics 365 F&O/Dynamics AX module, or attainment of certification within first 90 days of employment. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Accounting or related field • Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Master Certification • Microsoft Sure Step Certification • Experience with other Dynamics 365 ERP/Dynamics AX Modules • Experience with any of the frequently used ISVs: Dynaway Blue, ATOS, or Seeburger, SKGlobal, CCH, Credit card processors, ExpertLogic • APICS CPIM or CSCP
