📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • McBride Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Informatica MDM & Data Quality Consultant to lead and optimize data management initiatives. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica Master and Reference Data Management tools and be responsible for implementing data quality frameworks, modernizing strategies, and ensuring the integrity of business-critical data. • Evaluate Informatica Master and Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM) capabilities, providing recommendations for modernization and operational improvements. • Lead assessments of MDM datasets, designing future-state architectures and creating detailed implementation roadmaps. • Develop and implement data quality management operating models using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) to maintain data integrity. • Identify and address backlogs of business data issues, prioritizing high-value data quality management opportunities to enhance enterprise data governance. • Establish technical capabilities to streamline data capture, tracking, and resolution processes. • Work with stakeholders to define data governance policies, metadata management strategies, and compliance requirements.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM/RDM implementation, data governance, and data quality management. • Expertise in data quality controls, business rules, and issue resolution within cloud-based SaaS environments. • Strong hands-on proficiency with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), and Enterprise Data Management (EDM). • Advanced SQL skills for data profiling, cleansing, and validation. • Experience integrating MDM and data quality solutions with enterprise systems and cloud platforms. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
