β’ McFadyen Digital is hiring its first ever Partner Marketing Director. β’ Responsible for working with existing partners to deepen relationships, grow marketing activities, and drive business through partner channels. β’ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish and lead partner marketing role. β’ Develop and propose strategy with tactics to increase sales and awareness within the partner community. β’ Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to source opportunities and drive revenue. β’ Drive co-branded marketing activities with partners, conceptualizing, planning, and executing joint marketing campaigns across various channels. β’ Engage with partners to educate them on our value proposition and optimize joint selling and marketing strategies. β’ Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, track deal registration and payout. β’ Keep abreast of partner organizations, changes, and new ways to develop business together. β’ Provide leadership for channel sales, partnerships, and alliance management. β’ Manage existing processes and create new processes in all functional areas as needed.
β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. β’ Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in alliance and channel marketing and/or management roles within the software industry. β’ Extensive experience in developing and executing alliance and channel strategies, with a focus on working with eCommerce technologies. β’ Deep understanding of the SaaS industry, including software delivery models, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions. β’ Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, channel sales, and alliance programs. β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to be both strategic and tactical. β’ Negotiation tact required when dealing with partners. β’ Possess innovative, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset. β’ Strong time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills are required. β’ Proven ability to effectively interact with and forge relationships with team members, clients and vendors at all levels of the organization. β’ Must be a team player, able to meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision, but be accountable for results. β’ Experience with specific software partners: Mirakl, Adobe Commerce / Magento, commercetools, Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP, Shopify, BigCommerce, VTEX, CommerceHub, ChannelAdvisor, LogicBroker, or Marketplacer. β’ Experience with large systems integrators / consultancies / agencies a plus: Accenture, Deloitte, Publicis Sapient, PwC, EY, KPMG, Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, IBM, HCL, KPS, CGI, DMI, EPAM, BORN, Gorilla, LiveArea, OSF Digital, Omnicom, WPP, DCX, Atos, ThoughtWorks, dentsu, Merkle, AKQA, Atos, Astound, MindCurv, MindTree, Perficient, Acumen Solutions, Bounteous, MRM, Valtech, Mastek, Tech Mahindra, Wunderman Thompson, Capgemini, McKinsey, BCG, Kearney, Roland Berger, or Bain.
