Requirements
• Knowledge of resource allocation and planning • Experience with an offshore and onshore development model • Hands-on experience leading large-scale Agile software development efforts • Management skills including resource planning, setting expectation levels, scheduling, mentoring, and prioritizing. • Experience with scope management.
