📋 Description
• Work to make clinical data sets robust and consumable by building data pipelines on various clinical datasets. • Keep data labeling and model training humming by administering internal and external tools using SQL and Python. • Implement data quality checks • Support ad-hoc analysis across data sources • Identify and communicate possible improvements to data sourcing, labeling, and training workflows
🎯 Requirements
• The candidate should be able to dive deep into any problems with lots of data ambiguity, ask questions and come up with possible solutions • Moderate SQL skills • Experience with Python • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines • 1+ years of data engineering experience • BONUS: Experience with healthcare and clinical data, experience with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster/Flyte), experience with Spark and Databricks
