• Responsible for ensuring compliance with McKesson’s compliance program in the MID practices. • Map business processes and build compliance programs to reduce risks. • Implement policies, procedures, and conduct training and monitoring activities. • Analyze pharmacy claims and improve compliance processes.
Requirements
• 4+ years of related experience, including 2 years of pharmacy experience. • Knowledge of healthcare provider compliance, pharmacy compliance, or pharmaceuticals compliance. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance programs. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
