🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology integration • Experience building software technology integration in Healthcare, EHS, EMS, EMR domain • Proven experience in implementing & integrating the ERPs • Strong background in Peoplesoft, SAP, JDE, Workday ERP integration • Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure • Strong leadership skills to influence and motivate teams • Excellent communication skills for articulating product vision and requirements • Strong critical thinking and diagnostic abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Demonstrates urgency and ownership in task/project completion • Inspiring leadership skills that motivate team members
