β€’ Manage and triage Salesforce tickets β€’ Ensure timely resolution of tickets β€’ Provide technical support for system access and Okta β€’ Collaborate with teams to resolve system and workflow issues β€’ Document requests, solutions, and support activities

Requirements

β€’ Degree or equivalent β€’ Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience including Patient Assistance Program, customer service, and/or product support β€’ 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry β€’ Understanding of Patient Assistance and the 340B program is a plus β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce, Service Desk, and SharePoint β€’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously β€’ Familiarity with Okta and other system access protocols is preferred
