• Manage and triage Salesforce tickets • Ensure timely resolution of tickets • Provide technical support for system access and Okta • Collaborate with teams to resolve system and workflow issues • Document requests, solutions, and support activities

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience including Patient Assistance Program, customer service, and/or product support • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry • Understanding of Patient Assistance and the 340B program is a plus • Proficiency in Salesforce, Service Desk, and SharePoint • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Familiarity with Okta and other system access protocols is preferred
